The Chicago Bears have added defensive tackle Amobi Okoye to their roster. Okoye, was drafted by the Houston Texans and played a few seasons with them before being released this week (he was a first round draft pick in 2007). He will get thrown into the mix with recently resigned Anthony Adams, veteran Marcus Harrison, and rookie Stephen Paea.
After losing Jonathan Joseph to the Houston Texans via free agency, the Bengals have found their replacement.
They snag CB Nate Clements away from San Francisco, after it was believed that he would return for less money. Clements joins a secondary of Leon Hall and Reggie Nelson. This adds to their good LB core (Rey Maualuga, Keith Rivers, Thomas Howard).
They have drafted well offensively at the WR (A.J. Green, Jordan Shipley) and TE (Jermaine Gresham) positions, and are expected to resign Cedric Benson (backed up by Bernard Scott).
It would be better if they can get Carson Palmer to somehow come back, but they can give their recently drafted QB, Andy Dalton, his opportunity at a new era in Cincinnati.
Do not sign OT Jared Gaither, he must have not recovered from his injury last year..
Instead, they resign OT Khalif Barnes, whom played with a good o-line to boost Darren McFadden over 1,000+ last season.
With LB Stephen Tulloch testing out the free agent market, the Titans turn their attention to Tampa Bay LB Barrett Ruud.
Ruud, who signs with Tennessee, started the past few seasons at middle linebacker for the Buccaneers, making a decent name for himself by leading the team in tackles the past 2 seasons..

After losing CB Nate Clements to Cincinnati, is Asante Samuel a possibility to land in the Bay Area?
I would say Antonio Cromartie, but I expect him to resign with the Jets, especially after they missed out on the Asomugha sweepstakes (to Philadelphia).
