BCS: BAMA Wins the ‘Ship

Two great teams with great coaches and great talent headed to the professional level. The #2 ranked Crimson Tide got the best of the #1 ranked Tigers in a defensive matchup, 21-0 (skunk). This was the first shutout in BCS Bowl history.  Alabama held LSU to 92 yards of offense, and this Crimson Tide defense was one for the ages. LSU held Alabama to 5 field goals and only one touchdown. Hats off to both teams for their remarkable seasons. Les Miles and LSU had a great season, and the rivalry with Nick Saban and Alabama will be fun to watch next year.
